1. Where are you located?

We are located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. All orders are packed and shipped from here. We ship all around the world (excluding China) via Canada Post and USPS.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Here is our shipping breakdown:
Canada:
Standard shipping (Includes tracking): Flat rate $10.70

USA:
Standard shipping (Includes tracking): Flat rate $7

Rest of the world:
Standard shipping (Includes tracking): Flat rate $13.20

All prices are in USD.

3. Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

4. When will my order arrive? 

Our standard ESTIMATED shipping times are as follows. This does not include processing time which is usually 2-4 business days(unless otherwise listed on our website). These times may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!  

Canada: 5-14 business days 

USA: 9-15 business days 

All other Countries: 3-12 weeks depending upon location  

5. What happens if my order never arrives/is lost in mail?

As much as we'd all love for Canada Post, USPS and other mail carriers to be completely and totally reliable, sometimes they slip up. We offer tracked shipping via Canada Post/USPS worldwide. In the event that a tracked package goes astray, we will replace the order in its entirety or provide you with a store credit (minus shipping) - whichever you prefer!

7. Are there any active coupon codes?

All coupon codes are posted in our Instagram. Please follow us there to check for coupon codes. 

8. Can you combine/modify my order?

We are unable to modify or combine orders during sales, major events and new release days.

During quieter periods we may be able to combine orders. To avoid disappointment, kindly send us an email before placing an order.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be made within 2 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be denied. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.
